Game Schedule

We will be kicking the season off with a game on October 28th. We are still working on the schedule and will post it when it is finished. 

Registration Fees

Varsity, junior varsity, and junior high: $175 for the first child.  The fee is reduced for each child after the first, i.e.

     1st child: $175

     2nd child: $155

     3rd child: $145

     4th child: $135

     For more children, reduce the fee $10 per child

Elementary: $75  flat fee

SPECIAL NOTE for girl high school players (varsity or junior varsity):  Add a surcharge of $25 to cover some extra expenses

Example fee calculation:  If you have one 16 year old girl, one 13 year old boy, and one 9 year old girl, the fee is

        $175                 +                    $155                +                   $75                 +                     $25                =     $430

The registration fee MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO HUSTL, INC, BEFORE THE CHILD CAN PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE.

2. Pay your fee

A. You may pay by mailing in your signed consent form and fee, or

B. You may pay by emailing a photo or scan of your signed consent form and transfer the funds by using PayPal. A 3% fee is added for using PayPal, since PayPal charges about that much to use their service.

A. Pay your fee by mail

• Use the above fee information to calculate your fee, write a check for this amount to HUSTL, INC, and write "HUSTL Basketball" in the comment line
• Download the consent agreement (PDF format), print it out, and sign it
  

• Send the check, along with the signed consent agreement, to

B. Pay your fee electronically

• Download the consent agreement (PDF format), print it out, and sign it

• Take a picture of the signed consent agreement, or scan it
• Send the picture or scan to Tammi Cragun (tammi@hustlathletics.org)

• Use the above fee information to calculate your fee, then add 3% to the fee (multiply by 1.03)
• PayPal charges to use their service, so this 3% covers the Paypal fee
